Elinor Wahal is an EU tech policy professional specialised in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health. In her current role at FTI Consulting she advises market-leading tech and healthcare companies on their public policy strategies at the EU and national levels.

Prior to joining FTI, she worked with WHO’s digital health team and the OECD. In Paris, she also worked on AI and its policy implications at the French National Institute for Research in Digital Science & Technology and the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, and lectured on Innovation at the Polytechnic Institute of Paris.

Elinor holds an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Social Research from the University of Trento. She also completed studies at the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (Paris) and the University of Padua (Italy).
